Orthopedics: Integrated Marketing Campaign

Walla Walla General Hospital/Adventist Health was a not-for-profit, faith-based, critical access hospital serving approximately 70,000 residents in Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon. The medical campus provided a full range of emergency, inpatient, outpatient and surgical services. Sadly, the medical campus closed in July 2017.

About the Program

The care team at Aspire Orthopedic Institute had a goal — to restore and revitalize quality of life to those suffering from joint pain. The orthopedic surgeons and patient care team worked closely together to develop a program that shortens hospital stays, improves quality of care, and makes the patient recovery as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Campaign: You Know You’re Ready for Joint Replacement If…

This playful campaign says goodbye to hip and knee pain and yes to taking the first step to move like you used to. Upon landing on the landing page, the individual has the opportunity to request a free info kit, which included a small booklet about the program, exercise cards, and a cold pack.

Advertising placement included newspaper ads, billboards, movie theater pre-roll, radio, content marketing, and television. Agency: Coates Kokes

Campaign: Moving Well. Living Well.

Moving-Living-Well.jpg

Many people live with hip or knee pain for months or even years before finally doing something about it. When they choose to have surgery, most see tremendous results that improve quality of life, alleviate their pain and let them get back to doing what they love. This campaign focused on how moving well results in living well.

The campaign creative was kept simple, and advertising focused on billboards/out-of-home and content marketing.
